For optimal results and the best treatment for wrinkles, skin tightening, sun damage, scars, stretch marks and acne scarring, Mahinakealo Dermatology is now offering a combined treatment of RF Microneedling along with a Fractional CO₂ Laser procedure using the Fraxis™ PRO.   We call this treatment “Deluxe Rejuvenation.”   We recommend getting a single fractional CO₂ plus a total of three RF microneedling treatments, as a package, for the best results possible.  The advantage of the combined treatment procedure is that it provides the best results possible for a wide range of skin tones and types, in a single session, with the least amount of downtime.  The fractionated CO₂ laser works to help resurface the top layer of your skin, while the RF Microneedling works to tighten the lower layers of the skin by inducing collagen production.
